FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Ordering Policy

We will only accept orders thats is made at least 2 days in advance. This is to ensure that we have sufficent time to prepare the flowers. For urgent orders, please contact us directly at 91151002, subjected to availability.

What are the Payment Options?

All prices quoted are in $SGD. Fully payment must be made to confirm our order. We do not accept cash payment upon delivery/collection. 

We currently only accept bank transfer, Paynow or Paylah. Payment details will be sent to you via Whatsapp/Telegram once you have sent in your order details to 91151002.

Delivery

Delivery charge is $15. Delivery to Paya Lebar MRT Station can be arranged at $10, subject to our availability.
There will be additional delivery charges during peak periods, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.


We are able to deliver islandwide, with exception to the following locations: Tuas, Jurong Islands, Military Camps, Police Stations, Sentosa.

Special timing deliveries - $18

*Any deliveries outside of the timing stated above, or requiring delivery at specific timings will be chargeable at $18, subjected to our availability.

Note that our delivery person will only wait a maximum of 10mins at the delivery location. Flowers can be arranged to be left at the doorstep/reception. A picture will be taken and sent to the sender as proof of successful delivery. Should this option be chosen, we will not be liable for any losses or damage to the flowers from that point onwards. If the customer did not opt for flowers to be left at the doorstep/reception, the flowers will be brought back. Redelivery charges will apply, subjected to availability.

 

While we will see to most of the deliveries ourselves, we will from time to time engage a trusted external courier team to assist with our deliveries.

Missed Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery address on the date/time stated in the order confirmation. Our delivery person will wait up to a maximum of 10mins at the arranged pick up location. He/she will do his best to contact the recipient/sender within this time frame. 

In the event of a missed delivery, i.e. both recipient/sender not contactable, wrong address provided, a redelivery charge of $15 will be applied. Alternatively, you can arrange for self collection of the flowers on the following day at Marine Parade.

We will not be held responsible for any late/missed deliveries under the following conditions:
1. Incorrect address provided
2. Recipient not available at time/place of delivery
3. No valid contact details (recipient/sender) provided
4. Recipient did not answer his/her phone

Self Collection

We are located at Marine Parade. Please contact 91151002 to arrange for a suitable self collection timing

Refunds and Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp/Telegram at 91151002. Please note that all cancellations must be made at least 48hrs in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Any cancellations made within 48hours will only be entitled to a 50% refund.

We reserve the rights to refuse any orders as we deem fit.

Due to seasonality of flowers, as well as the hand-made nature of the floral craft, products received may differ slightly from what is shown on this site or our social media page.

Any participation of our services on this site will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by terms and conditions, please do not use our services. Your continued use of this site will signify your acceptance.

How to care for Preserved Flowers

Preserved flowers are 100% real flowers that have undergone a preservation process which allows it to stay fresh looking for a year or more. With proper care, preserved flowers can actually last up to 3 years.

Here are some tips on how to look after your preserved flowers:

- Keep it indoors, away from sunlight

- Best to keep it in a cool & dry place with Silica Gel or Dehumidifiers

- Avoid water & humid places

- Dust off by gently brushing it with brushes or a soft duster
