We will only accept orders that is made at least 2 days in advance. This is to ensure that we have sufficient time to prepare the flowers. For urgent orders, please contact us directly at 97735705, subjected to availability.
All prices quoted are in $SGD. Fully payment must be made to confirm our order. We do not accept cash payment upon delivery/collection.
We currently only accept bank transfer, Paynow or Paylah. Payment details will be sent to you via WhatsApp/Telegram once you have sent in your order.
We currently offering free delivery for all orders. We are able to deliver islandwide, with exception to the following locations: Tuas, Jurong Islands, Military Camps, Police Stations, Sentosa and Changi Airport.
Delivery Time slot
9am - 6pm
Note that our delivery person will only wait a maximum of 5 mins at the delivery location. Flowers can be arranged to be left at the doorstep/reception. A picture will be taken and sent to the sender as proof of successful delivery. Should this option be chosen, we will not be liable for any losses or damage to the flowers from that point onward. If the customer did not opt for flowers to be left at the doorstep/reception, the flowers will be brought back. Re-delivery charges will apply, subjected to our availability.
While we will see to most of the deliveries ourselves, we may occasionally engage a trusted delivery company to assist with our deliveries.
If you wish to have the flowers be delivered at specific timing (hourly basis), an additional $15 will be required.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be at the delivery address on the date/time stated in the order confirmation. Our delivery person will wait up to a maximum of 5 mins at the arranged pick up location. He/she will do his best to contact the recipient/sender within this time frame.
In the event of a missed delivery, i.e. both recipient/sender not contactable, wrong address provided, a re-delivery charge of $15 will be applied. Alternatively, you can arrange for self collection of the flowers on the following day nearby Marine Parade. Please note that re-deliveries on the same day are not possible on peak periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
We will not be held responsible for any late/missed deliveries under the following conditions:
1. Incorrect address provided
2. Recipient not available at time/place of delivery
3. No valid contact details (recipient/sender) provided
4. Recipient did not answer his/her phone
We are located nearby Marine Parade. Please contact 9773 5705 to arrange for a suitable self collection timing.
Refunds and Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp/Telegram at 9773 5705. Please note that all cancellations must be made at least 48hrs in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.Kindly note that refund will not be possible if the product has been made.
If you wish to change your Polaroid photo after it has been prepared, an additional of $15 will be required.

How to care for Preserved Flowers
Preserved flowers are 100% real flowers that have undergone a preservation process which allows it to stay fresh looking for a year or more. With proper care, preserved flowers can last up to 3 years.
